Anonymised case studies

Operational problems, made governable.

Three internal platforms that show how I move from process ambiguity to a working, controlled system. Details are intentionally anonymised.

System 01Incident Management Platform

Incident operations / Regulated environment

A shared incident record that supports action, review, and accountability.

Context
Incident information was fragmented across operational channels, making readiness, ownership, and executive review difficult to assess consistently.
Intervention
Designed a governed lifecycle around structured reporting, priority assessment, stakeholder updates, auditability, Slack-assisted workflows, and management reporting.
Outcome
A clearer operating picture from initial report through post-incident review, with stronger data quality and less dependence on individual memory.
My role
Process owner, product lead, workflow designer, technical translator, and delivery coordinator.

System 02Release Coordination Platform

Atlassian platform / Cross-team delivery

One coordination layer for releases that share dates, systems, and risk.

Context
Teams needed a common view of release timing, component dependencies, ownership, freeze constraints, and compliance without replacing Jira as the source of truth.
Intervention
Shaped a Jira-native coordination platform with daily queues, component sequencing, freeze governance, project-level workflows, Slack coordination, and reviewable reporting.
Outcome
Release decisions became visible in one operating model, with clearer sequencing, safer automation boundaries, and better cross-team readiness.
My role
Product owner, Atlassian solution designer, control designer, delivery lead, and operational tester.

System 03People Operations Dashboard

Jira Service Management / Sensitive workflows

Role-scoped people operations without exposing more than each decision needs.

Context
Employee requests, approvals, operational queues, and service visibility needed a coherent working surface while protecting confidential and restricted information.
Intervention
Defined capability-based access, scoped request views, native approval stages, controlled field projections, SLA signals, and fail-closed behavior for uncertain authorization.
Outcome
A quieter operational workspace where employees, approvers, specialists, and administrators can each act within an explicit information boundary.
My role
Workflow analyst, access-model designer, product partner, governance lead, and acceptance reviewer.
